I guess to write in this "About Me" section of my website/blog is to tell you about who I am. Here goes- I have lived many lifetimes in my lifetime... No, that doesn't mean I've been reincarnated. Lol! However, that does sound interesting. It just means I've experienced life, just like you have experienced life. We just have traveled different roads and have different stories to tell. I am a person that is passionate about being happy in life. Our life here on earth is relatively short; even living 100 years is minute in the grand scheme of things. So, with the statement "Life is Short" my ultimate goal is to do things that make me happy for as long as I am blessed to be on this earth. That's where creating comes into play. I love to create and use my imagination! Making art that makes someone feel an emotion or reflect on a time, place, or memory to me is one of the greatest achievements I could accomplish. You know the saying, "A person might forget what you said to them, or something you did for them, but they will never forget how you made them feel." I am a late bloomer. I didn't start painting or drawing until I hit 50+ years young. Life just happens and before you know it you are asking yourself if you are happy doing what you are doing... Or even asking yourself what you want to be when you grow up. That was my question to me. Well, better late than never I suppose! Thank you for reading about me, following me, and looking at my newest artwork and posts as I add them. I am still growing in my abilities but enjoying the journey. Hang in there with me and watch me grow. Sherry
